  • 2 Large Egg Yolks

  • 2 Tablespoons Sweetened Condense Milk

  • Freshly Brewed Strong Coffee

Directions

  • Prepare a small cup of strong coffee
  • In a bowl, combine the egg yolks and sweetened condensed milk. Using an electric mixer or whisk, beat the mixture until it becomes thick, pale, and frothy (about 3-5 minutes).
  • Pour the brewed coffee into a small glass or cup.
